How To Fix Windows Update Stuck/Not Downloading Updates

FACING SOME ISSUES WITH WINDOWS UPDATE ON WINDOWS 10?

This video helps you to solve/fix some issues with windows update that occurs in windows 10 (you can also try this method in windows 7&8). If Windows checks for updates but not downloading them then this video may work for you.

Try to change the startup type to "automatic" in properties of Windows Update which is available in "Services" and after the update don't forget to change the startup to "manual" or "disable".

ALTERNATIVE OPTION: also try turning off "metered network" in network properties.
